No. You can checkout as a guset user and don’t have to create an account. However, by having an account you can place your orders faster and have your data saved for feature transactions
Once you have finished adding items to your Shopping Bag, press the upper right basket icon and view your order. Press the Procced to checkout” button and follow the instructions. That simple!
Yes we do ship internationally! However, we are not responsible for additional charges you may incur as a result of international duties.
All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 working days. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has been shipped. Depending on your geography, shipping may take from 7 to 30 days.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond the control of Dark Charm. These interruptions include, but are not limited to: delays caused by the transportation system, shipping carrier or processing of cardholders credit/ debit card. Delivery delays due to service interuptions or inclement weather conditions are not the responsibility of The Dark Charm Company.
We use Economy,standard or registered international postage methods.
Once the order is dispatched we will send a tracking code along with your invoice.
E-mail us at email@example.com, letting us know that you will be returning an item. Then, ship the item with your receipt to Stratarchou Alexandrou Papagou 9-11, Chalandri 15234, Athens, Greece. Please include in this shipment your personal information as well as instructions with regards to whether your shipment is a return or exchange. Our policy typically is that, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us. Once the item has been received we will refund the amount back to you.
If you want to change your order, you as the customer will pay for shipping back to us, but we’ll cover the cost of shipping back to you (in the case of change). This is to help streamline the process and avoid having to exchange money for the purpose of exchanging and refunding items. If you have any questions, do feel free to email us.
If you want to cancel your order and the item has already been ship you wiil be charged with the shipping costs. Once the item is received your payment will be refunded.
